That shark doesn´t look like the ones on that enclousure, because it is outside of it. There is a glass panel dividing this tank to the main one (with Devil Ray, Sun Fish, 12 Species of Shark and a sign of the now gone Manta ).

I'll see if I took some clearer photos of it in the same moment I took this one.
