What was your opinion of this zoo filipinos? From looking at the website it looks like they have a good collection and management philosophy, but you can only tell so much from websites and photos.
This is one of my favourite zoos. They have a very nice collection and the exhibits are really good, even if basic. The animals have all kinds of enrichment and they are always very active.
The only problems i found in my visits are the mice walking in the bird of prey aviaries and the constant use of mesh fences. I don´t really have a problem with the second, but the mice are a problem that should be solved. Lots of visitors were outraged with this. I don´t really think they are for feeding, because there are also some in some other aviaries.
