There were a lot of talks about terrible conditions for brown bears in Romanian zoos . I was quite surprised to see a very good enclosures in Tirgoviste, Pitesti, Ploesti, Bucharest. Especially this one with the forest and lawn and water.
@alexkant Perhaps all the flack regarding bear exhibits has pushed Romanian zoos to improve their conditions, who knows! In any case, changes for better are always welcome.
