Why not attack both at the same time .... and this has to be the worst country for zoos

I hate argumenting like this... There are always worse places. That doesn't make these better.

Then persuade the hairless apes in Russian government (with Putin as alpha male) to invest more in zoos.
Because they're deaf to pleas of their own people.

If the zoos don't have money to make the animals lives worthwhile then they can just get rid of the animals, and definatly not breed them!

Whilst I'm sure everyone here will agree that the bear exhibits at this zoo aren't very good they are certainly noththe worst places I have every seen for bears. Heard of bear bile farms? Those are much worse. Whilst I'm not defending this zoo or saying the exhibits are any good, in fact they are very bad, this is not the worst I've seen and it is probably the best the zoo can do.

Only because there is worse in the world it does not mean this is good...
