This photo is an interesting subject on its own, but particularly in light of the new ZooChat poll about whether or not bears should be kept in zoos. I think that they should, but only in excellent enclosures. The words conservation, education and habitat preservation are not applicable to this $hitty little atrocity in Russia.
Yes, thay have no more bears in this old house. The only bears at the zoo are polar bears living in special enclosures (no cages, no bars) with water pools.
