Moscow Zoo

And indoor cassowary exhibit? Has this been done anywhere else? Or for any ratite (beside of course the kiwi)?

During the warm seasons, these cassowaries also have excess to outdoor exhibits.

Are the warm months in Moscow only July and August?:) Seriously, in such a northern zoo the cassowaries must spend the bulk of their lives within the indoor areas.

One of the best cassowary exhibits I've seen is indoors, surprisingly enough, at a facility fairly close to the animals' native range: Sydney's Wildlife World.

Do you have a photograph of it? There diesn't seem to be one on this site.

There use to be - I know I uploaded at least one, and I think Geomorph did too. They must have been purged. Attaching one to this post.
