They were indeed; the male arrived at Edinburgh from Twycross at the back end of 2011 and joined the adult female and daughter already present at the collection - the prior adult male having died shortly prior.
The younger female then left the collection in early 2012 - not sure where she went - and then the remaining 1,1 departed Edinburgh in October 2012. This left Edinburgh - and the UK - without the species, which only a decade before had been at several collections. A shame.
