Very(too)open, very rocky, very neat and manicured-looking. The only thing this has in common with a 'Bai' is that they both contain water!

I kind of expect to see a Gorilla drive past in a golf cart!:D

By far the park's greatest weakness as a piece of design is the golf course approach to grass - and it's just the same in every grassed exhibit.

The trees in this exhibit have certainly grown rapidly, just a shame there is not more of them.

Gorillas are very intelligent and need to be stimulated in captivity; setting up a course across the green would probably be great enrichment!:D

Are cross-views of other visitors common throughout Valencia Bioparc? You would think with the massive amount that it must have cost to design and build this exhibit they could have found a way to avoid seeing people across the other side of the exhibit.

Very common, yes. Doesn't seem to have been a concern for the designers - perhaps in part because with a relatively compact site it's tricky to do and still allow multiple viewing areas for different exhibits without lots of s-shaped exhibits with no long views.

How does this exhibit look now Keeper any chance of some recent pics pease :)
