Photo taken on the 7th April 2012.
It is a very impressive exhibit. The main area is a walkthrough exhibit with a number of smaller enclosures dotted throughout (and underground). You can see from this photo that most of the flooded area is divided into three large tanks.

Free-flying birds in the area include:
Giant wood rail
Grey-winged trumpeter
Black-bellied whistling duck
Brazilian teal
Bare-faced curassow
Green jay
Crested oropendola*
Southern boat-billed heron
Cattle egret*
Jacana
Sunbittern

There's also a capybara and a Schneider's dwarf caiman, as well as several snakes (including Cook's tree boa and green anaconda), poison dart frogs, a few invertebrates, and several chelonians, including twist-necked turtles, matamata and a Phrynops turtle. Loads of fish too, including a pair of large arapaima, lots of pacu, ocellate river stingray, banded leporinus, redtail catfish, barred sorubim lots of tetras and different piranhas. I'll have to sift through my photos to get you more details.

I'm just happy that there's something online written in catalan without hateful anti-catalan comments in the comment section.
This is the best part of the museum, BTW.
