Yes - it's a really odd pattern (that's actually the main reason I took the picture!). Not so much like the stripes are missing, but like they've been partially rubbed off!
That's an odd striping pattern for a white tiger- some stripes are almost blotches while others seem to to be missing. a variant I haven't seen before.
