Is this exhibit fairly new? A friend of mine is currently travelling through Spain and revisiting several of that nation's zoos for the second time in the past 6 years. He praised Valencia (giving its exhibit quality a 10 out of 10!); was a bit disappointed with L'Oceanografic; and enjoyed both Madrid and Barcelona but pointed out that there are plenty of exhibits at both zoos that are obviously rather outdated. The good news is that he said Barcelona is currently a bit of a construction zone, with many modern, more naturalistic exhibits on the agenda. Is the Komodo Dragon enclosure an example of progress?
This exhibit was opened 5 years ago, on 24th March 2010. Of all the animals that were at the beginning, now there are only the Komodo dragons and muntjacs.
