There has been considerable success with breeding cheetahs at this open range zoo, and many researchers have pointed out the large groups kept together and the massive, naturalistic enclosures as being the key to that success.
I've always had a soft spot for Cheetahs, and so I was delighted to see that they had built a viewing platform and walking track to allow you to get there and view them at your own leisure, where previously you could only see them for a short period while on the bus tour. Major improvement for the zoo. Can't wait to see the new Lion platform (still under construction when I visited in September).
