Nice? Its way too dark. I often refer to this as Circus Kolmården. That dolphin show is all about doing tricks for the audience, with music and flashing lights ect. They have succesfully removed anything that would make it educational!
I really hate this exhibit, just like Toddy said. It's too dark, and it's only circus. It's not nice, come here to see the show, and after you've seen it, you will probably figure out that it's only circus.
Another thing is that you can't get in here when there isn't a show going on, so you don't even have the chance to sit quietly by yourself and just enjoy the sight of the dolphins swimming
The Shedd Aquarium in Chicago has a large, well-lit, terrific dolphinarium, and the Indianapolis Zoo has a smaller dolphin pool that zoo visitors can actually walk inside! In the past I've uploaded photos of both pools into the gallery.
