At the Skane animal park this is actually the only (mammal) mixed species exhibit!
Anyway; the old seal exhibit has been rebuilt as a beaver exhibit. Now, the seals live in what I would estimate to be a 1500 square meter big man-made lake, with about double the size of that as a hilly and woodlike grasslands for sheep!
It seems to work out just fine!
I would estimate the size of this exhibit to something lke 4000 square meters - or about one acre.
Throw in some geese and ducks living there of their own will...
