A view of the Silbersee from the small observation hut in the outdoor area of the Papiliorama. The Silbersee means the Silver Lake and is a small sanctuary for wild birds living around the Papiliorama. Visitors can sit inside the viewing hut and observe the birds that are regular visitors here ranging from small waterfowl to eagles. Inside the hut there is also a small exhibition about bird conservation in Switzerland.
