This type of design is relatively inexpensive to construct and has very low long-term maintenance costs.Happily, it is attractive and appears more expensive than it really is.Something to be considered by any zoo with normal budget constraints.
It looks quite spacious compared to a lot of leopard enclosures that I've seen. How many does it hold? And do they have seperation pens for breeding/introductions etc?
I like the fact it's got a lot of ledges for climbing, the space and the fact it's a similar enviroment to where the Persians are found in the wild. Sand, rocks and basically a montane/desert enclosure. Wish the UK would build more leopard exhibits, especially ones like this!
