European souslik enclosure

The spacious enclosure for a large group of extremely active European souslik.

I wonder why not more European zoos are keeping this species instead of prairie dog, as I find them much more beautiful and they are endangered...

I was extremely taken by the exhibits of this taxon at Tiergarten Nurnberg I entirely agree that it deserves to be displayed a lot more often than it is.

More fans for this species are better

I would love to see the enclosure in Nurnberg, as I have heard quite some good things about it and I was to visit Nurnberg in June, but plans changed and I will be in Nairobi instead of Nurnberg. Still starts with an N, but different country...
