The indoor enclosure for the Kordofan giraffe in the historical antelope house.
The antelope house is just over 100 years old and is a real gem of zoo history. Its inhabitants are 3 okapi, 3 kordofan giraffes and a group of lesser kudu. A friend of mine said: "it does not often happen that what I think is the best zoo building, is one where animal welfare is not very good, but in Basel that is the case".
