Etosha house - mole rats

The enclosure for Ansells mole rats in the Etosha house.
I like the look of this exhibit this much better than the sort of thing zoos all seem to do nowadays for Naked Mole Rats, where they are in plastic tubes. But how do they keep the inside of the glass clean? It would seem like the animals moving through the tunnels would dirty up the glass pretty quick and render them invisible.

These are also just glass tubes, just nicely covered ;). From the keepers side it will probably be like many of the other mole rat exhibits. A similar exhibit for ansells mole rats is located in Zoo Berlin.
