In the early hours of the morning, I found a common toad waddling across my kitchen floor! It had got into the house due to my having left the back door open for fresh air due to the hot, humid climate last night. I gently picked it up and got my mother to take photographs before I took it outside and put it in the undergrowth of the garden.
