Yes, in fact, it's been here for quite a while. However, the polar bears rarely come to this area, and there is only one California Sea Lion, and two harbor seals so the pinnipeds almost never swim to this side. The tunnel is dirty, and you can't see anything, even if a seal is swimming there.

Update: the sea lion passed away a couple months ago so there are only two harbor seals left.
