Based on the size and how common they are compared to the rest of Hymenochirus this is most likely Hymenochirus Boettgerri, the Zaire Dwarf Clawed Frog.
How does H. boettgeri compare to H. curtipes? All dwarf clawed frogs in captivity that I've seen identified to species level have been called the latter.
