Construction of new main entrance - Seen from bird breeding center, 2022-06-28

If anywhere needed a brand-new entrance it is Pairi Daiza. Other than perhaps Berlin and Vienna, this is Europe's most popular zoo with well over 2 million annual visitors and the current entrance cannot meet that demand.

@snowleopard Certainly true - and the new entrance also seems pretty on brand for Pairi Daiza: grandiose with more than a little outlandishness mixed in.

@KevinB Wow! That certainly is going to be a grandiose entrance, but I expect nothing less from Pairi Daiza!
