Convict cichlids - Amatitlania nigrofasciata

These look rather different to the usual aquarium strains, and very handsome too. At first sight I thought they might be from the Tilapia group. Or might they be from newly imported wild convicts.
 
@Ebirah766 In some ways only. The first bar below the dorsal fin, which only reaches half way down the body, is very characteristic of the convict. Moreover they seem to be breeding at quite a small body size: aquarists sometimes say that convicts can 'breed in a Coke bottle' :D
