Unfortunately, the corsac fox was the second target species of mine which we did not get to see (besides Amur leopard cats which were off exhibit). The foxes enclosure is very large (I think the largest I ever saw for foxes of any species) and very lush. Moreover, the zoo had experienced a severe storm a few days before our visit, with multiple large trees toppling over. Several trees fell down in the foxes exhibit making them even harder to see. However, this was the only disappointment on the otherwise great visit, and I did see and was able to photograph most of my target species - this zoo is full of species completely absent from the US. I consider myself especially lucky be be able to visit such an interesting facility, since due to the storm damages mentioned above the zoo was closed for several days and only reopened a couple days before our planned visit.
