ralph 10 Sep 2017 I was more leaning towards Western wood-pewee based on the bill colour. It's a common passage migrant in the entire country from July until november. Eastern wood-pewee is unlikely since this photo was taken in very early august and that species should not have arrived at CR at that point yet.
