bongorob 10 Jan 2013 There is a chestnut-eared aracari (Pteroglossus castanotis), but it isn't the species in the photo. My guess is chestnut-tipped toucanet (Aulacorhynchus derbianus) because of the red skin around the eye, white under the chin and above the eye.
