By the shape of the head, I'd say it's a Deinosuchus.

I just had a google for some more information. The sites which mention it (including those of the sculptors) call it a "Super Croc", which is Sarchosuchus.

Then the sculptors got the snout wrong, making it look like Deinosuchus or even Purussarus...and slightly exaggerated, if I may say.

wait, I found it being called Deinosuchus after all: Deinosuchus (other places were just using the name Super Croc).

Does anybody know if this exhibit is still at Wildlife Sydney, or was it a temporary exhibit?
