The main facility can only be seen on a guided tour (but no reservations required, just stop by). However this deck is before the main entrance, so visitors can sit here and watch the tigers below or watch a pair of Eurasian lynx in a small enclosure on the opposite side of the path (behind me as I am facing for this photo). You can do this before or after the tour or even for free if you don't want to take the tour. Just down the path from here is the entrance building and gift shop, which is a pleasing building that looks like a mountain chalet.
