An AZA award-winning building complete with a massive pond with wild amphibians living directly outside the indoor terrariums. The Detroit Zoo had a brief period of growth in the early 2000's, as between "Amphibiville" and "Arctic Ring of Life" that zoo has two of the best exhibit complexes in North America.
