It's a dobsonfly (Corydalidae). Some species have massive spiked jaws, and these are the ones which dominate Google Images. This one looks like a Nevromus but I don't really know enough about dobsonflies for that to be taken as accurate.

Edit: actually it looks good for Neoneuromus ignobilis, and Anhui is within that species' range.
 
Thank you! I love that feeling of looking at an animal and just having absolutely no reference as to what it could be, but it also has its downsides.
