I'm not a really big fan of these types of exhibits. Also the giraffe feeding exhibits, because the animals don't act normal, all they do is stand by the wall where all the visitors are.
With this and also with many (not all) giraffe feeding situations, they are only during certain parts of the day, so most of the day the animals are going about their business.
