This photo forced me to think of how many zoos actually have excellent cougar/puma exhibits, as they are few and far between. I don't know how many times I've seen these gorgeous big cats in wire cages, or indoor glass enclosures. It's even rare to see cougars in grotto pits, as they have an incredible ability to jump vast distances. I think that one of the best exhibits I've ever seen for this animal is at the Northwest Trek Wildlife Park near Seattle, and the Oklahoma City Zoo has a decent cougar enclosure as well.
