ZSL Whipsnade's are pure-bred A.j. soemmeringii - Afaik, no A.j. hecki are held in Europe. I'm not sure on America however, so please correct me if I am wrong!

I'm not an expert on subspecies in American zoos. Someone like jbnbsn99 would know, though. But as far as I know, all American Cheetahs are either South African or don't have their subspecies listed. I would love to be proven wrong, though!
American Cheetahs went extinct at the end of the Pleistocene.
As for Cheetah taxonomy, there is a lot of confusion. Since cheetahs went through a recent bottleneck, there is some thought that there are no recognizable subspecies.

Ituri is correct. Although I suspect they are all the same - they certainly look all the same to me (even the asian cheetahs based on photos I have seen). When Laurie Marker gave a talk at my zoo a year and a half ago I asked her about this in person afterwards. She told me they are all the same, and I would think she would know.
