Duck ID?

Really not sure what this is, this individual and a trio of others (males?) were also on the pond, brighter red bills and a white chest with black striations

Its an hybrid. Clearly one of the parents is wood duck (Aix sponsa), but I don't know what is the other... maybe chestnut teal (Anas castanea)?
 
@Kakapo that makes sense. I did wonder if it was a wood duck hybrid last night but I just couldn't find anything that really fit. I'll put some pictures of the (presumed) males when I can.
