Dwarf Caiman

These look like young West African Dwarf Crocodiles too me,I could be wrong but I am sure Paignton now keep this species as well as Cuviers Dwarf Caiman!

Just looking at the location of the 4th tooth in the lower jaw to me suggests that is a croc and not a caiman!

I have no doubts that you are correct.
I could only remember the exhibit being labelled as Dwarf-something, so looked at the animal list on the website where I only found Dwarf Caiman listed.

In more ways than one these are clearly West African Dwarfs. Cannot say for sure if it is tetraspis or osborni for now.
