Pantherophis taxonomy is quite confusing to follow.
This snake is signed as Elaphe obsoleta rossalleni, which is now an invalid taxon. Some authors consider this form of rat snake to either be Pantherophis alleghaniensis or Pantherophis quadrivittatus. The yellow or orange form, as seen here, are found in southern Florida.
