It's difficult to judge the size of this exhibit from photos on ZooChat, but it seems as if it might be an adequate enclosure for the zoo's three African Elephants. It's interesting that Granby will get out of the elephant business in the next few years by sending its animals away to a yet to be determined facility. (Although there seems to be some confusion whether the zoo will maintain its elephants or send them elsewhere)
