That looks even worse than the bull paddocks in Copenhagen Zoo! From what I have seen in these photos it looks like the house is pretty good, but nothing new or innovative, while the outdoor paddock looks very impressive indeed!

I've seen the elephant house in Copenhagen Zoo, they're similar in some points, at least from what I've seen so far.
The area for elephants in Poznan is intended to be 4 ha, outside the whole building and nearby paddocks.
The house itself is indeed not bad but true, there are not many innovative things. But generally it's going to be most innovative elephant house in Poland anyways :|
One can only hope that the bull will be let out into the herd enclosure now and then, so he doesn´t have to spend all of his outdoor time in this small prison yard...
