Just behind the life-size, fascinating elephant photo is a wealth of information on enormous ceiling-to-wall boards. The entire history of elephants at Oregon Zoo is broken down chronologically by decade and the zoo has done an impressive job of accumulating a tremendous amount of knowledge into its new "Forest Hall" barn. There is even a video that contains images of the old Elephant Museum, which had to be demolished when the Elephant Lands project was being developed.
