Probably a touch smaller than Hanoi's exhibit overall, but given Hanoi's chains the animals probably have more usable space here; the Saigon exhibit also includes a separate 'bull pen' and has a larger social group. There is an elephant presentation but I have no idea of the quality as I was taking the opportunity of quieter times at the carnivore exhibits!
The exhibit is featured strongly in the film "Owl and the Sparrow" - shown, by coincidence, on our outgoing flight. Not a bad film, actually.
