couldnt it just be renovated for tigers its got superb viewing and is good for the tigers.More trees, more shelters?

It would take some serious re doing, the wall need to be about twice as high. Just to the right of the photo, the wall's only about 8 feet tall.

I thought they might be better to cage it over and put the Jag in there, although it could also work for the tigers.

Thats a good idea maybe another enclosure could be built the other side of the Jags?
I still think its most suited to Amur Tigers with a bit of renovation it could be Spectacular its got the makings!
I think the cat collection should be the 'Pride' of Dartmoor.Being recognised as a really good collection for cats would be very good for the park.

Apart from the fence height, this is quite a nice tiger enclosure. It did have tigers in until recently but according to a keeper the council have said that they need to make the fences higher before it can be used for this again.

Thanks redpanda i visited Summer 2007 and the enclosure was brilliant for viewing i could be brilliant with some renovation work.

Again, make the fence taller and sturdier, make that pool larger, add a few raised tables and shrubbery/trees, and i agree-could be a good tiger tiger exibit. Though i must say, the house looks a bit grotty!

i agree what if glass was added that could make it taller, but with platforms trees,rocks it could be a really good enclosure.
Yes the house does look rather grotty and good do with renovation
