A very sturdy, yet abandoned enclosure. Would be interesting to know what this was originally built for, what it has housed, and when it was last used
 
These outdoor cages were built for primates, capuchin and squirrel monkeys were housed in this row of cages (separately). I think the cages were increased in height in the late 90s so were originally lower than these. If I remember correctly these last held porcupine.
Nice to see photos of this zoo and its progress.
