Spend quite a time in front of this enclosure but was not able to find any Small-mouthed salamander - Ambystoma texanum. I ask the director if they were maybe still in hibernation but he told me this was not the case and that the 2 animals in the enclosure are very good in hidding. This was really a pitty because this species is not at all mentioned at Zootierliste and Iguana is therefor the first and only keeper of this species in Europe.
