This reception area (presumably where you can buy nectar) is actually inside the building. It has replaced the meerkat enclosure.
Other than this the inside hasn't changed a great deal to the visitor's eye. Koi in the upper larger pool. Terrapins in the smaller lower pools. Tortoises have moved out. White throated monitor lizard enclosure has had a revamp. Free roaming Roul roul partridge. Counted about 6 lorikeets all of which are very relaxed around visitors. The zoo has said they'll be adding more lorikeets soon.
