Pukara is a building with aviaries housing a mix of tropical species, many tropical American species as well as some Asian and African species, as well as two-toed sloths and a butterfly area.
Species in the parrot and seriema aviary next to Pukara:

- Scarlet macaw (Ara macao)
- Blue-headed macaw (Primolius couloni)
- Red-and-green macaw (Ara chloropterus)
- Blue-and-yellow macaw (Ara ararauna)
- Blue-throated macaw (Ara glaucogularis)
- Blue-fronted amazon (Amazona aestiva aestiva)
- Yellow-winged turquoise-fronted amazon (Amazona aestiva xanthopteryx)
- Red-legged seriema (Cariama cristata)

The aviary next to the entrance houses Inca jays.
