Eurasian beaver exhibit in the European aviary, 2020-05-23

The last male Eurasian beaver (labeled as a Elbe European beaver on ZooChat) at Planckendael is rather rarely seen, as he often resides in the natural beaver lodge in the exhibit (the dirt mound seen in this image). I did however see him in September (and will post a photo later).
