I have, on quite a lot of occasions which is something I never believed would be feasible at all when I was younger - their numbers have really improved quite impressively in the past 10-15 years. See brief glimpses every so often when visiting Hel in Northumberland, but my best views have been up on the northwest coast of Scotland - in coastal areas the species is much more diurnal.
