What species of animals (I´m interestend mainly in higher verterbrates) do live there? How old is this building?

this building was opend in the end of 2005. They keeps here a lot of salt- and freshwater fishes, but also several species of big reptiles such as pythons, Nile crocodile, tortoises, Bengal Monitor, and couple species of tamarins and the colony of Village weavers (Ploceus cucullatus)...
