What's it meant to be? A horse?

There are still some faint stripes on the rump. I think it was originally a zebra.

They might have painted the rib cage white

I've never seen zebra bones - they might be bright blue for all I know.

Well those storks look very barbaric, just like they're about to rip that dead zebra to pieces
(I know they occasionally scavenge, but...)

I'd imagine the aviary used to hold vultures.
